Playbook: micro scalping (sweep, reclaim, flow)
Very short trades around liquidity sweeps, confirmed by real order flow.
What it is
Micro scalping aims for small, fast moves (seconds to a few minutes) with tight but noise-aware stops. Because fees and slippage take a big share of each trade, only high-quality setups are worth taking: a sweep of an obvious level, a reclaim, buyers (or sellers) clearly dominating the flow, and the 1-minute trend on your side.
Edge is thin. Costs matter more than in any other style. Measure expectancy after fees and keep the number of trades low.
How to use it
- Mark the session low/high and equal highs/lows.
- Wait for a sweep and a close back inside.
- Confirm: buy/sell flow above 58%, a whale print in the same direction, volume above normal.
- Trade only with the 1-minute trend; stop beyond the wick (ATR-based); move to break-even at 1R.
- Stop after the daily loss limit.
Common mistakes
- Scalping thin coins with wide spreads.
- Using AUTO before you have 50+ paper trades with positive expectancy.
- Over-trading when nothing qualifies.
Practise it in TradeDesk X
This is exactly what Micro automates: the heat grid scores flow, momentum and whales, the signal stream shows A and A+ setups with ONE-TAP or AUTO, and the Performance panel measures the result. Start in ONE-TAP.

Liquidity sweeps (stop hunts)
Price often runs beyond obvious highs and lows to trigger stops, then reverses.
🌊Whale prints and large-trade flow
Unusually large trades. They show where size is being committed.
🛡Win rate and expectancy
A strategy is profitable only if the average trade is positive. Win rate alone says nothing.
